Prairie Livestock Veterinarians (PLV) is seeking a motivated Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our livestock-focused veterinary team across Alberta and Saskatchewan. PLV is a progressive food-animal practice dedicated to supporting producers through innovation, collaboration, animal health, and sustainable agriculture. In this role, you will perform laboratory procedures, prepare diagnostic samples, assist veterinarians on farm calls, support disease investigations and post-mortems, dispense medications and vaccines, assist with quality assurance programs, create client education materials, and provide administrative support as needed. Travel between locations and on-farm work may be required.

Applicants must be a Registered Veterinary Technologist in the province of Alberta and/or Saskatchewan or eligible to be registered in Alberta and/or Saskatchewan. A valid driver’s licence, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to lift 60–70 lbs, and comfort working around livestock are required.
