Key Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships through clear, empathetic communication
- Perform physical exams and diagnostic, medical, surgical, and dental procedures
- Develop and discuss treatment plans, preventive care, and nutrition
- Maintain accurate medical and surgical records
- Administer vaccinations and provide disease prevention and treatment
- Stay current with advances in veterinary medicine
- Support and mentor the paraprofessional team to deliver exceptional care
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a veterinarian
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Saskatchewan
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
- Strong teamwork, professionalism, and decision-making skills
- Commitment to high medical standards and veterinary ethics
